The divorce between Zolciak and Biermann has become highly contentious, with Biermann alleging that Zolciak’s extravagant spending and gambling led the family into “significant debt” and “financial devastation.” Despite making mortgage payments to temporarily stave off foreclosure on their mansion, reports indicated that the property was scheduled for a foreclosure auction in December. They received a temporary reprieve from the foreclosure proceedings.
Apart from selling their mansion, Kroy is dealing with additional pressure from BMW regarding a Rolls-Royce car lease. In November 2023, widespread reports indicated that BMW, the company overseeing Kroy’s $400,000 Rolls-Royce lease, had filed a legal request for repossession.
This action came after BMW had sued Kroy five months prior, alleging that he had failed to make several payments on the car. Kroy is purportedly behind on payments totaling $190,000, dating back to September 2022.
Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann purchased the expansive 16,000 square foot mansion back in 2012 for a modest $880,000. Initially putting it on the market for $6 million in October, they made an adjustment by reducing the asking price to $5.5 million on December 19. They have further slashed the price by an additional $1 million, now listing the property at $4.5 million.
